History of Young Professional Consulting Service

In 2014, we want to start a company name with Young Professional Consulting and Entrepreneur Service. We thought YPCS first because ‘Y’ & ‘P’ is the first letter of my dear ones.

But while registration time, we redesign our company name and this time its name was Young Professional Consulting Service (YPCS).

We register this company with UP Government in software fields with creation, selling, teaching, training, blog writing, SEO, ad, designing, coding and similar related works.

In starting time we were working in consultancy services like: government jobs guidance, private sector jobs consultancy, and many others. As per the need of market and customers we started in project related work.

Now we are working in project related works, designing, binding, photo-state, documentation support, professional presentation design, website design, 6-12 months language training, Summer Training, Industrial Training, Logo Designing and Desktop, laptop, repairing related works.

We started offices at two places with Digital Computer World Sahibabad and Digital Computer World Hapur.

Now, we are successfully providing our service to the customer with full satisfaction and 24/7 online support.

Backbenchers Project

When I was in Sahibabad, then many students who were backbenchers requested me to make easy project or just to show in college.

I was thinking what can they do in future, but I was wrong, When they trained by company they worked excellent, they grapes things easily, there stamina was too good in comparison of topper student. But they have lack of concentration and easily bore with regular working on module/language/technology.

Finding job After graduation and post graduation steps

Finding employment can be easy for some, however for most job seekers, it turns out as a difficult task. If you have spent months applying from one company to another unsuccessfully, here are some tips:

• Stay positive. Being unemployed months after your graduation can dampen anyone’s spirit but you must strive to stay positive. Do not lose hope and do not give up.
• Improve your skills. You are more likely to land a job if you possess important job skills. Make sure your qualifications, skills, talents, and achievements are properly highlighted in your resume.
• Assess yourself. Ask yourself, “What could be the reason why I’m still unable to get a job until now?”
      Is it because I lack confidence?
      Is it because I do not possess good interpersonal skills?
      Find out the answers and endeavor to correct them.
• Consider relocating. The economic downturn has certainly caused a lot of companies to seize hiring and even retrench their employees. If this is the reason why you are having a hard time getting a job, consider the possibility of moving to another city, state, or even country where there is still a sufficient demand for job seekers with your qualification, skills, and background.

If Job seekers have gap in their study and job

There are few good options that you can explore to deal with being unemployed.

• Look for unpaid internships. Although you will not get any income from such internships, they will nevertheless help you hone your skills and give you the experience you need to become a more valuable candidate for job openings in your field of expertise.
• Start your own business. A lot of job seekers have become entrepreneurs and business owners, and some have even become quite successful. Opening up a business requires a capital and a solid business plan so before take this route make sure you meet both the requirements.
• Change your career direction. Perhaps the job market for your specific major is already quite saturated; in this case, it would be wiser to seek alternative options where you will stand a better chance of getting a job.

Why a human have not positive energy or has not self motivational power?

A famous line suited at this place, “everything can’t be learned at birth time.”

We have both positive energy and negative energy in surrounding area. But we captured negative energy more than positive energy. Peoples knew the result of smoking but purchased cigarette packets. Cross road red signal people mostly ignored. Loudspeaker after 10 pm they ignored. Parents/guardian care they ignored. Rules for the safety they ignored.

Why they adopt, a non meaningful life because negative energy attracts more.

Any work that decrease our confidence is a negative energy and for positive energy that increase our confidence, self motivation, self evaluation etc

How to grasp positive energy?

Think only two states:

1.     To whom we work for? (For our Family)

2.     Why we work for? (For I have passion for it)

I don’t want to study/Job/Service?

It’s your life that gives you much more. How many pray for this opportunity but they can’t. So love your work and passionate about what you have.
