Step 1: Open the presentation containing the paragraph to be formatted,

1.      Click on the button for left, center, right, or justified alignment from the “Paragraph” group on the toolbar.

1.      Select all of the text in the existing paragraph and click on the “Format Painter” paintbrush icon in the “Clipboard” group.
2.      Select all of the text in the paragraph to which the formatting is to be applied. This will copy the paragraph formatting from the first textbox to the second.
3.      Press the “Esc” key to turn off the format painter.

Step 1: Right click on the image, and you'll see a context menu appear:

Step 2: Select Format Picture from the menu. When the Format Picture dialogue box appears, select the Size tab:

Step 3: Locate the Scale section halfway down, and change the Height to 80%. When you change the Height, you'll see the other numbers change automatically. (If you don't, make sure you have a tick in the box next to Lock aspect ratio.)

Step 4: When the numbers are the same as in the image above, click the Preview button at the bottom. Then click the Position tab at the top.

Step 5: You can leave the Vertical position. But set the Horizontal position to 9.00 cm. Click OK.
